Some of our beauty products are restocked, while clothing items unfortunately are not. By not restocking the items, the pieces are considered more special.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders shipped in Canada over $200.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IN-STORE PURCHASES:
Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days. Some exceptions apply, see below.
ONLINE ORDERS:
Regular priced merchandise: You are eligible for a refund if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Otherwise you can receive store credit if you let me know within 14 days.
HOLIDAY GIFTS & RETURNS: All unwanted Holiday Gifts can be exchanged for another item or returned for a Credit Note.
PLEASE NOTE *Sale items, bodysuits and bathing suits (bottoms and one pieces), and beauty/wellness products, are Final Sale.
To return online orders, please email us at info@featherandfoe.ca and let me know what you would like to return. We will guide you in how to get your items back to us.
Returned items must be in original condition (tags still attached, unworn, unwashed).
